something with frills and lots of them. Sheer, short and a bit "come to my tea party." Maybe with some sort of heavier trim instead of frills to make patterns on the dress or banding inside to give the illusion of underwear and corsets or feathers, feathers like Jason Wu; not big hefty chicken feathers, light floaty soft ones. Light, very light, everything about it must be light and almost...second skin; delicate. Understated to wear with clumpy clogs and bangles. Summer, it has to say summer.
